I always used to go here when I lived nearby (I now live in Gloucestor). The owner of the salon does great work! As far as the staff, I stopped going because the girl they always placed me with would blow dry my hair to a crisp/my roots would burn. Also, it happened more than once that the stylist needed to switch to someone else because they didn't know how to do a simple style or up-do.

I've been going here for the past year to see Michelle & Kim. I booked an appointment for 9:30am this morning (opening time) and they still weren't open at 9:40am. When I tried calling, there was no voice mail. (Michelle has left apparently and I couldn't book Kim, so they had placed me with Valentina). I would have waited a little longer, but they always make me wait 15-20min before sitting down, so my patience was running thin. I ended up going to Enviro-Trends (next to Toys R Us) and they were AWESOME.
